Product name, maker, catalog number and size fill in from the FDA's GUDID database. For a code that won't scan, use Manual Add.
Enter your name and the location. Type the location, or tap Scan Loc and point the camera at the location's QR label. Both are needed before you can scan.

Each scan adds one. Scanning the same item again increments the count if the Lot, Expiration and Unit are the same. If they are different, it will add as an additional line item. To choose the quantity and unit (Each, Box, Case or Pack) for every scan, tick Ask quantity and unit after each scan: the phone beeps, a box opens, and the item is added when you tap Add. With it off, each scan adds 1 Each. Tap Undo if you scanned one by mistake.
Code won't scan, or no barcode? Tap Manual Add and enter the Workday #, quantity and unit, plus a description or REF if you have them. Tap Light on the camera view for dark shelves.
Check the list. Fix any count with − and +, and set the unit (Each, Box, Case or Pack) under the count. Changing a line to a unit the item already has on the list combines the two lines. Expired items are marked in red.
Tap Submit to send the list to a database accessed by Material Services. The list and the Location field are cleared after submission. If additional items need added, repeat steps 1-5 for those items, and submit. Export CSV will save a copy to your device or allow emailing to yourself. Clear all (tap it twice) starts a new list.
